In March and June, 2006, I collaborated with Amy Skezas in teaching a series of classes called Earth Healing, Self Healing. Amy taught a subtle energy bodywork called The Golden Body (www.roselight.com), and I focused on our ability to re-establish the flow and balance of the Five Elements in Nature, in oneself, in groups and for the community.

The enclosed CDs are an abridged version of my teachings during those seven days. It includes the didactic presentations, some questions and answers, and meditations or journeys to the elements.

My hope is that, with careful listening, you will begin to embody the highest virtues of the elements and become a vehicle for healing in your life.
